ACR Maintenance Contractors is a veteran-owned, self-performing commercial contractor headquartered in Savannah, GA. We support clients throughout the Savannah–Hilton Head area and across the Southeast, helping retail and commercial teams stay operational—and execute projects that require consistent crews and clean follow-through.
For two decades, ACR has served the Savannah and Coastal Empire markets as a fully self-performing contractor. We are now directing that organizational capability toward the build-out and remodel sector of the commercial marketplace.
What makes ACR different is simple: we self-perform. Our technicians are W-2 employees—not a rotating list of subcontractors. That means when you put in a work order or schedule a project, you know who’s showing up, how the work will be handled, and who’s responsible for the result.
